The Glory of Youth...!!


 
     The English poet Byron said that youth is glorious. Another English poet William Wordsworth said that youth comes once in a life. In Our life Span, Youth constitutes the golden period. The age between eighteen to forty can be considered as youth. This is a time when a person can be at his best physically, mentally & even spiritually. " This is a time for audacious exploits and many have taken hold of their opportunities to climb great heights in their Youth.
       Ravindranath Tagore, who wrote and set to music 2230 poems, published his first poem when He was Sixteen. Padmashree PT Usha, the Golden girl of Indian athletics entered the Olympics at sixteen. AR Rahman who had his new "Vande Mataram" published in 28 countries simultaneously, began his music career at the age of eleven. The heroic women police official Kiran Bedi joined IPS when she was twenty three. Bhagat Singh, the Freedom fighter, extolled by Mahatma Gandhi, Died a Martyr at the age of twenty four. Bachendri Pal at thirteen years of age climbed a mountain of 4000mtrs Heigh and now she holds the honour of being the first women to reach the Everest. Ziegenbalagh the first protestant cross cultural missionary to India who translated the Bible into Tamil and Printed its first Copy in Our land, Arrived the shores of Tranqubar when he was twenty three. There are many others who become leaders of great eminence when they where young. These Men & Women achievements inspire the young every where to excel in their lives,

      Those who had crossed the age of 40, need not get disappointed. There is hope for them, because it is said that You are a young Man, As Long as you have a Mission to fulfil, Nevertheless Youth is reality...
