Is The Bible True

         Many people question whether the Bible can be trusted. In fact, in today's society, the Bible has become to be seen as a book of fables by some people. For some the Bible has become on par with any other holy book from any other religion—a book of good principles to follow, but not the gold standard or guide by which people should live. Question is whether Bible is the revealed will of God, containing the unchangeable truth from an omniscient God. God by definition is somebody who is omniscient, which means HE knows everything in the past, present or future. The greatest acid test for any truth is the knowledge about future. So when you compare Bible with any book of knowledge, we should concentrate on prophesies contained in it. Bible is the only book with so many prophesies. If these prophesies has come true or not, is a crucial identifying factor. Satan doesn’t know the future completely, other than very intelligent guesses. So any other book will not contain prophetic knowledge with accuracy. God purposefully gave prophesies in the Bible for our conviction that Bible is true “"I am the Lord . . . new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them." (Isaiah 42:8-9). "I am God . . . Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done." (Isaiah 46:9-10).

Perfect Love Casteth out Fearing

          As I sat before the Lord early in the morning, I brought to him something in myself, a flaw, something that I perceived emanates from a root of fear. As I was speaking to him about it, the Scripture came into my mind, “perfect love casts out fear.” (1 John 4:18)Meditating on the Word of God is crucial in creating a foundation for our lives, for our attitudes, for our responses. The surface meaning of a passage may not be sufficiently refined, in our understanding, to produce the desired end in us. The Bible contains several words which are translated in English as “meditate.” One of them, “sachat,” means to squeeze out as grapes. And that’s what I found myself doing this morning, squeezing out that verse, meditating on it prayerfully until the dross was cleared up and the new wine flowed.


         As I thought on the passage awhile, confused at first, I wondered, “then why do I still have a bit of fear, if his love for me is perfect?”But suddenly I realized what it’s NOT saying. The common interpretation of this verse has been that the perfect love of God casts fear out of us. But that’s not what it’s saying, or at least, there is another way to look at it. It’s not referring to God’s love for us because if it were, all fear would be gone as

Engineering Marvel Of Honeybees

        According to Sputnik, a digest of Soviet literature,  Russian scientists who have observed the honeybees at work are convinced that the bees are brilliant mathematicians. If a man wants to do all what an ordinary bee does, he will not be able to do this without the aid of  complex measuring instruments and computers.The "house"  in which the bee lives is an example of her mathematical wisdom. Since these honeycombs are made of the wax produced by the bees themselves, they use it in the most economic way that is possible.  Thus the bees build the honeycombs in such a way that using minimum amount of wax they get "houses" which have maximum space to live in.The idea mentioned above is often used by engineers and they call it "Maximum Economy in Space and in Building Materials".  But these engineers and scientists have to spend thousands of hours with drawing-boards and complex mathematics to calculate how to make the best use of the available material to get maximum space to live in. This means that the tiny bee is a great economist and a great engineer too.

Tribute to Missionary John Williams

    Sufferrings for faith & Godly living are the previlages of the children of God from the beginning of the human history. The history starts from Abel, the son of Adam! Prophets, Jesus Christ & apostles, all were fulfilled the list. Many still joins by giving even their blood!
     "Others were tortured and refused to be released, so that they might gain a better resurrection. Some faced jeers and flogging, while still others were chained and put in prison. They were stoned; they were sawed in two; they were put to death by the sword. They went about in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted and mistreated - the world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, and in caves and holes in the ground." (Hebrews 11:35-38)

       Recently we remembered Missionay John Williams, who was a messenger of the Gospel & served Christ in the midst og cannibals in Polinessia. Here is a tribute to that great man of God who died by them & became food of the people of that land! It was just 170 years back. You can read a brief biografy of that missionary in wikipedia.The list of martyrs is again continuing.. As we read: "If we died with him, we will also live with him" (2 Timothy: 2:11). Let this word of God strengthen us!

1.Bobby Badfingers

                 He Does What Now? Bobby Badfingers, who claims the title of world's faster snapper at 30 snaps a second, is a professional snappist whose live act comprises of, according to his website, "mixing finger-snapping with mesmerizing, pelvic-jutting dance moves, which he based on martial arts footwork."

          Bobby is known for his signature look of tight black pants and a rhinestone-encrusted black silk shirt that exhibits three Robin Williams's worth of chest hair. Bobby not only appeared on America's Got Talent (didn't win) and The Wayne Brady Show, but also claims John Stamos and Rebecca Romijn as close friends. And you know the old saying: You don't get friends like that unless you can snap really fucking fast.

         Bobby started his meteoric rise to the top of the snapping heap as you might imagine, as one insanely obnoxious kid. At the age of four, Bobby Von Merta struggled with ADHD, or what doctors then called the much more fucked up sounding Minimal Brain Dysfunction. Bobby's treatment differed little from the treatment we use in modern times: near lethal amounts of Ritalin. Ridiculously hyper and whacked out on horse pills, young Bobby channeled his beautiful mind toward snapping. Once he mastered speed he moved on to syncopation, honing his ability to mimics drum lines he heard on the radio.
